Position Summary
You're the marketing and sales team that helps brand our company while contributing to growth in both. As an entrepreneurial-driven individual, you will need to create processes around the needs below.
Manage Marketing & Sales
- Learn the portfolio and the products. The key to marketing our products is having a rudimentary understanding of the products, their function, and how they fit in the marketplace
- Work closely with the CEO as well as the product team, so being able to communicate marketing strategies across several departments is critical to the success of marketing campaigns
- Understand key unique selling points to better create content
- Develop and work on the marketing strategy, gather info to formulate a plan, and strategize product launch dates
- Develop content in line with the marketing strategy, such as blogs, videos, ads, webpages, catalogs & literature
- Attend and coordinate relevant trade shows, help organize the layout of the booth, as well as the delivery, setup, and teardown.
Act as a Strategic Product Leader with Our Clients
- Identify the most critical needs of our clients
- Continuously collect and synthesize user feedback, competitive analyses, and other research to help feed ongoing design and prioritization efforts
- Translate identified needs into a technical strategy, including driving recommendations around what to buy, what to build, and on what timeline
- Continuously analyze data from our own products as well as external sources to guide ongoing decision-making
Develop & Own the Product Roadmap
- Define and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Communicate roadmap to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain marketing around a roadmap to our clients and to our external marketing efforts
- Gather ongoing input on user needs and feedback on how technology is or is not meeting their needs and can do so with future roadmaps
- Communicate product features, and release timelines to key stakeholders
